I spent the first part of my career working in pharmaceuticals for Merck Group in Ayrshire, Scotland, before retraining as a software developer and moving to the North East.

For the past few years, I have acquired experience in back and front-end development. I have a passion for new technology and eye-catching design, and I am thrilled to be able to apply my skills to Reclaro and further develop the 1-3-5® OKR software.

When I am not working, I am known as the Glaswegian dancing man and enjoy watching the football at St James’ Park where I am a season ticket holder, going to the gym and long-distance running.
